If you believe what you see and hear on the news then you will have undoubtedly heard that we as a nation love dogs.
I do sometimes question the validity of the statement when I see stories of such cruelty and abuse aimed at our animal friends.
However there are a lot of people who spend so much time with their dogs and spend so much money on them.
After all in my eyes they are worth it and they are part of the family and givers of unconditional love.
